1. Try to read (at the very least!) 10 new picture books a day.
To be an expert in your field you need to read 1000 books in your genre!
2. Write a picture book I am totally proud of
3. Ready a new (and/or a few!) manuscript(s) for submission
4. Start a reading log for every book read
