Last night my year-long Writing for Children Certificate program at the University of Washington came to an end. And what a great year it was! Wrote new stories, had spectacular teachers, signed with an agent, and best of all I met incredible friends and hopefully lifelong writing partners. I can't express enough gratitude and praise for this particular program and what it has done for my writing career. Anything you can do to further your craft, do it! Thank you to UW, our leaders Jolie Stekly and Nina Hess, and to my classmates who endlessly inspire, motivate and encourage!
